Welcome to the JAKA Group Guest WiFi Network. By accessing or using this wireless network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Use and Data Privacy Notice stated below.

1. Purpose of the Guest WiFi Service

The Guest WiFi Network is provided to visitors, guests, customers, contractors, and other authorized users for temporary internet access while within JAKA Group premises.

The Guest WiFi Network is intended for use by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of giving consent. Where a minor (below 18 years old) accesses the Guest WiFi Network, consent to this Notice must be given or supervised by the minor’s parent or legal guardian. JAKA Group shall limit the collection of personal data from minors to what is strictly necessary to provide the service.

2. Personal Data We Collect

To provide secure and reliable internet access, JAKA Group may collect and process the following information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Company or organization (if applicable)
• Device information (device type, operating system, browser type)
• IP address
• MAC address
• WiFi login and logout time
• Network usage logs and connection records

3. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data may be collected and processed for the following purposes:

JAKA Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Guest WiFi Network at any time if misuse, security threats, or violations of these Terms are detected.

6. Monitoring and Security

For security and operational purposes, network traffic and connection logs may be monitored, recorded, and analyzed. Monitoring is conducted solely for legitimate business, security, legal, and compliance purposes.

7. Data Sharing

Your personal data may be shared only with:

• Authorized JAKA Group personnel;
• Accredited IT service providers and network administrators who support the Guest WiFi system; and
• Government authorities or regulatory bodies when required by law or lawful order.

JAKA Group will not sell your personal data to unauthorized third parties.

8. Data Retention

Your personal data and network access logs will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this Notice, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our policies, and maintain network security. After the applicable retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

The Guest WiFi service is provided on an “as available” basis. JAKA Group does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure internet access and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of the Guest WiFi service, except as may be required by applicable law.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and personal information while using the network.
